Individual Session
My work as a therapist primarily consists of working with Individuals.

Individual therapy with me begins with a consultation where you and I can break the ice, and ensure that I am the right fit for you. Following the consultation, and completion of documents, we start with the first session. I like to refer to this session as "the download" session. This is a time for you and I to start establishing a little more trust with each other and taking a deeper look at what has brought you to seek out therapy.
Did you know that out of the 8 billion people on this planet there is no one else who is EXACTLY like you? This means that my approach is absolutely uniquely specified to suit you and your needs. For some of my clients they prefer to begin session with a meditation, for some of my clients we experiment with movement, for others they prefer to be the ones in charge of what we talk about. For ALL of my clients everything remains optional until you say different. This means that all homework given is an invitation for you, but never an expectation.

Being a therapist who identifies as Neurodivergent with a previous diagnosis of ADHD I take a non-traditional approach to therapy that seeks to meet you exactly where you are and build your sense of confidence, self-esteem and empowerment in ways that work for you.
